Lg French door

I am so pleased with my lg appliances, I especially love the dual ice makers and the upper ice maker is built into the door. There is so much room . Just wish the lighting was on every shelve.

FRENCH DOOR REFRIGERATOR

Excellent refrigerator. Roomy inside and a lot of space in the doors for items. Love the dual ice makers and freezer in the bottom. Very quiet also. Great purchase.

Very nice refrigerator

Large, well lit, ergonomic refrigerator. French doors make entire shelf and extra-wide drawers accessible. Drawers glide smoothly. Ambient noise is low when compressor runs or ice-maker fills. Extra wide shelves is a nice feature. Its size is huge and makes for less clutter.
3 minor issues:
First: Ice-maker stopped working at about 6 months, but LG came in and replaced it promptly. Having seen how easy it is to replace this part, I suggest LG make the part available by mail and install instructions as a video for DIY install. Will save time, as repair technicians are not available in all areas.
Second: Water dispenser is super strong making water splash out and onto the unit. Takes a bit getting used to.
Third, make the wheels heavier-duty and wider as the unit is heavy and difficult to roll.

We have had this refrigerator for 5 months now and we are very satisfied with our purchase. No problems at all to this point.
I would like to see LG do something about the top drawer in the freezer. It comes out of the track very easily when you open the freezer.

We have had this fridge now for 3 months and we like it a lot. The dual ice makers are nice with 7 of us in the house. The 5 children can go through ice like crazy. I have no complaints of serious nature. I find it annoying to have to open both doors for the deli tray access. A four door would have been better I suppose. And I would have liked a shelf that allows you to slide it in for tall items like they have on some models. Maybe I can order one for this one. Otherwise, we are very happy with it. I recommend it!

Double Trouble Ice Makers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my LG almost 1 year ago. It has been a stressful year. We live in Florida where ice is so important. I selected this model due to the dual Ice Maker. I am in the process of waiting for service call number 3 to happen. Yes, 3 calls in one year. The first 2 times it was the ice machine in the door, now it seems to be the bottom unit. After I bought this unit, I was told by a friend "we buy ice". They got tired of dealing with the same issues. Buyer beware!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
