We had a French door Samsung refrigerator the ice maker would stop working, water would end up frozen under the vegetable drawer. No repair man wanted to work on the Samsung and you couldn’t get parts for it. We still use the frig but no ice or water. I have many Samsung appliances and several TVs. I would never buy another Samsung appliance.
I decided to try the dual ice maker with LG. I did buy the warranty because of our history. The ice and water are just perfect. I like the black matte finish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the only product within my price range that had more than a one year warranty on the compressor. I like the dual ice maker feature and the water/ice dispenser. The refrigerator is large and well organized. I wish they would add a temperature gauge in both the refrigerator and freezer and make the shelves slightly smaller so you can adjust one side more easily - depending on the height, the adjacent shelf sometimes makes it difficult to adjust the other shelf.
