Never Ending Supply of Ice

Best Refrigerator!

We are very pleased with this refrigerator. The ice/water feature works like a champ! My husband likes cubed ice & I prefer the shaved ice so it accommodates both of us quite well. This is our first french door fridge, and we are super happy with it. The bottom freezer holds quite a lot of stuff too. No complaints!

Ice dispensary problem

We have had this almost three years. In the first year the ice dispensary started jamming up. My husband said it looks like the dispensary flap does not stay open like it should. You have to use your fingers to hold it open to let the ice out. Disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have not had the best luck since purchasing our LG fridge. Purchased in 2017 and it was back ordered for months and they kept pushing delivery date out. 3 years later fridge and freezer are not cooling the food. Luckily we bought the warranty. Would not purchase an LG refrigerator again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The compressor went out on our 2-1/2 year old LG Refrigerator. From customer service to repair, they were phenominal. Very professional, courteous, trustworthy, efficient. I would recommend LG products because of the wonderful experience I have had for a misfortunate repair. Also, we have a LG range, dishwasher, cell phones and television. Guess you could call us an LG Family.

I bough this one five year ago,I would give it a higher rating if it didn't brake after five years.Plus there are few repairmen that work on LG.To replace the part plus the repair cost almost as much as a new one.I had a LG microwave 4 years needed repairs,Electric range
