[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our icemaker still does not work we changed our water filter and now water doesn’t come out I have hired three appliance repair man and no one can fix it I have also had severe water damage that required us to replace our vinyl plank floors due to the waterlines and icemaker backing up and flooding underneath the refrigerator as of today the icemaker and water still will not come out of the door of the unit
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only two negative things regarding the frig--because it is recessed into the wall it is impossible to clean the coils in the back. Also, when the lower ice maker was broken the part was very, very expensive to buy. Other than that, the noise level is very quiet and except for a couple of noises as the upper ice maker functions it has been a great frig!

Then I heard they are known to have bad compressors. It took 2 weeks to get it fixed. They didn't have to even come out and look. I purchased a refrigerator for the garage to get by. Hopefully everything goes well now, so glad to have my refrigerator back. Everything covered by warranty. Got a $150.00 to cover food loss. Paid a contractor to diagnose problem and cost of other refrigerator together $500.00

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] refrigerator stop getting cold. refrigerant leak inside of the cabin, gasket seal on freezer loose causing ice to form inside the freezer causing water to leak damaging my floor around and beneath the refrigerator.
