[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have my lg refrigerator for about 8 months and only had one problem with it a couple of weeks ago. The freezer was not working correctly so the customer service representative told me to unplug it and wait a couple of minutes and she reset it I think. I also scheduled a service visit because we were not sure if that would correct the freezer problem but it did and I waited a few days then cancelled the service appointment
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our refrigerator but the compressor just failed on us before the 5 year warranty. Thankfully it was covered but was a nightmare to deal with and lost a lot of food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for almost 4 years...Has worked fine until a few weeks ago when the compressor died. LG covered repair under warranty and it is back working as expected. Only problem of note is the drawers they tend to come off the tyracks and the roller wheels come off from time to time. Both are easily fixable.
We have had this refrigerator for over 3 years now. Love the space in the refrigerator double door top, I like having 2 ice makers too. The bottom freezer drawer is another thing. The drawer doesn’t stop when pulled out, it is very easy to pull it off the tracks and very difficult to get it back on. The on/off button for the bottom ice maker is located where many times in normal use it is accidentally switched off. I think we will buy another side by side next time.

Bought May 2017. Freezer quit working May 22. How’s that for timing? We tried cleaning coils and doing everything we could research to do. No one in our city works on LG refrigerators. The expense of getting someone from out of town was through the roof. We just bought a new one! Not an LG.
