The only complaint I have (other than the fact that I am not a fan of stainless steel) is that the difference between the cubed ice and crushed ice is nominal. The cubed ice is still crushed to an extent and that is annoying. The ice machine does clog from time to time if you don't use ice a lot. But otherwise it was a good buy.

About 1 1/2 year old and the “stainless steel” color started peeling off. Now we’re 6 years in and the compressor for the freezer is failing. Not happy that it looks like we’ll have to replace it before 10 years.

Last week the fridge stopped working, again they came and fixed, but took them 5 days to come so I lost all the food.
