Lots of trouble for lots of money

Product has good features and appearance. These are the two only good things I can say about the dryer. I have had a bad experience with the item since the time it was delivered in early Feb 2014. In March 2014 they sent out a replacement which is still doing the same thing (a nasty grinding noise when the dryer heats up) I have not been able to use most of the cycles and always have to be within ear shot so I can shut it off and cool it down so the grindinng noise stops. I was told by a Tech that it is common for this model to do this, something about the drum being pushed out of alighnment during shipping process...However, I did not read any reviews on line stating this problem existed before I bought this model..or I no doubt wouldnt have purchased it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Old dryer died... forced to purchase new GE Love!

My old dryer of 33 years died, I was forced to make a major purchase.... now that I have my new GE Dryer... why did I wait? So quiet and efficient... I LOVE IT!

WORK HORSE DRYER

THIS IS MY SECOND EXACT DRYER. AFTER 6 YEARS OF CONSTANT SERVICE (10 PEOPLE IN HOUSEHOLD) IT FINALLY WORE OUT. BUT UNTIL THEN THIS BIG CAPACITY DRYER IS THE BEST
