Good product for the price. We were limited with our choices due to the space that it needed to fit. Only negative I see is the lint catcher needs to be redesigned to be enclosed so lint doesn't catch clothes or fly out when taking clothes out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This new dryer is to replace very similar GE dryer that we have had for past 13 years. We have had this for a while now and has preformed as it should.... looking for another 13 years of service.

I can't rate my new dryer as it was just delivered today, but I can say that my old one gave me 19 years of great performance. It still dried, but took too long and the permanent press cycle gave up. It was GE, of course!

The dryer seems to be very hard on the clothing, especially towels. The lint filter always has a thick amount of lint. The towels have pulls. The door leaks lint into the room. Cleaning the exhaust tube did not seem to work. I've always bought GE products, and this time Not Happy with dryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
