"Less Dry" feature does not perform!

Thus model is supposed to leave cloths "slightly damp" on the "less dry" setting. However, it leaves the clothes completely dry. Had three service calls, the unit was evaluated as "OK". I guess the "less dry" setting is just a setting on the dial and is meaningless.

the dryer works great. I like the different settings. What I don't like is the seemingly way too small lint trap. The lint from a load of towels exceeds the lint trap. The lint gets all over the door and in all the grooves. That also happens with a large load of other clothes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Reliable Dryer

Reliable GE Dryer
Purchased this GE Gas Dryer Model after my previous GE Dryer died after 16 years. Decided to go with GE again due to their long lasting reputation.
Functionality is good and dries perfectly.
The only drawback for me is that this is a 7.0 cubic feet dryer, therefore the dimension of the depth is 2 1/2 to 3 inches more than l would have liked.

I have a GE washer that I love so, I went with the GE Dryer. Works well, love the different settings and the anti wrinkle feature. My only complaint is the lint falls on the floor at the end of every cycle. The "basket" doesn't effectively keep the lint inside the machine - it gathers on the bottom of the door too. Otherwise, I love the product.

Just replaced an old GE dryer with this model. Love the large capacity drum. I hope to get as many years out of this dryer as I did my previous one.
