need improved features

I really like my new dryer its just that I really dislike the dryer vent that you clean it is very hard to clean and the lint gets down below where the opening is and I am in fear of lint building up under the dryer not very safe I think

New GE washer

I've had this new washer now for about 3 months and am happy with how it washes and works. I love the speed wash cycle, as it only takes 35 min. to complete. It has never gotten off balance. I love the quietness of the wash cycle--it almost sounds like nothing is washing, but it is.The only complaint I have is the loud sound it makes when it goes through the spin cycle. It sounds like a jet plane getting ready to take off, and has a very loud vibration sound. Since I've had this washer, my electric bill has gone down! Not only is it more energy efficient, but it has a large tub where I don't have to do as many loads.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We like the drum light and the buzzer but perhaps the tone could be more musical

I do not like the way the dryer vent collects lint and then trying to clean it out is impossible

I bought this several months ago and am happy with it. The only thing I don't like is the loud buzzer sound when the clothes are dry. It has two settings and both are way too loud and an annoying sound as well. I wish that the sound was softer and quieter. Because the sound is too loud I have opted to turn off the sound altogether. Other than that it does do a great job of drying the clothes!

I bought the GE washer and dryer. My clothes come out very clean now. My previous washer was Whirlpool HE front load and I never felt my clothes were clean. My new dryer is excellent. Everything is wrinkle free.
