Do not buy - Faulty engineering and quality

i have sadly had constant ice maker issues - freezing up and not working. the motor that turns the auger to dispense ice also failed long ago. had this < 2 years. i should have kept my 18 y.o. kenmore

Don’t waste your money

had a service guy come out and replace the sensor. it worked for a few months. now you have to defrost the fridge every few months because it build up ice and stops working properly

Terrible product

i have had the refrigerator for a year and a half and the freezer has already stopped working(warranty ends at 1 year). also the ice maker works when it wants to and crushes the ice most of the time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nothing but problems

the ice maker is constantly frozen, our back panel in the fridge is a solid block and ice, there is a 1inch sheet of glass under the crisper drawer - all of these issues are known defects.

Ice maker doesnt work

worst appliances ever. ice maker doesnt work. dishwasher already needed a pump and microwave trips the circuit breaker. the appliances are less than 2 years old. dont buy.

samsung has massive quality issues with their refrigerators icing up. it is usually related to the ice maker. samsung will not do anything to fix this or admit it is a bad design.
