We purchased this product while looking for an upright freezer. We fell in love with the design, features, and black stainless steel color. We have purchased Samsung products for years and are overall EXTREMELY satisfied with Samsung.

We are pleased with this Fridge at the present time Great design lots more room then a two door fridge and you can see everything in it. No issues with ice but weve only had it less then a month. a great fridge for the price

interior sliding doors are terrible

This came with the house we just bought-it looks great but the plastic drawers are garbage. They don't slide well at all, get hung up as if they're off the track. It happens in both the fridge and freezer.

power glitch resets ice maker & it fills an already full tray making a huge ice block that gets worse until you clear it. otherwise, it works ok. nice size freezer.

trouble, hundreds spent fixg the ice & water function. replaced multiple water filters & housing. icing over, horrible sound. de-ice weekly. leaks ruined floor due to water problems-cost thousands.

need to replace back panel (very costly!) due to ice /noise /cooling problems. most appliance repair shops have stopped servicing this brand due to its poor reputation. a well known design flaw.

Horrible - Ice Maker is Constantly Broke

don’t expect the ice maker to work beyond six months. i should have taken the other reviews seriously - i thought people were just being petty. the issues with the ice maker are true. you will constantly be manually defrosting the ice maker or paying for repairs.
it id a shame because outside of this major issue the refrigerator overall is decent.
