we actually just got this product today,,,but it is a beautiful refrigerator,,i got the black one,,the color is gorgeous....a lot of room in the refrigerator and I like all of the compartments..and I have the shelf that adjusts to make more space...so far it is great!!!
Pros: Realistic color, alot of space

This product is everything we were hoping for in a refrigerator and with the Samsung name to back it up is awesome. The black stainless steel front is perfect for us as we have lots of hands touching the front and it doesn't show the finger prints nearly as much as I thought it would and it matches perfectly with our other appliances. We use a lot of ice as well and this icemaker drops new ice every 40 minutes which is awesome for our family. Overall, this is an exceptional appliance.
Pros: Realistic color, Durable, great led lighting, great price, meets expectations

French Door Refridgerator

Love the design ans style of this fridge. Still working to fit all our gallon jugs in but other than that no complaints. Love the freezer draw on bottom and water/ice in door. Found stainless steel wipes that work great for keeping the outside free of little finger print.
Pros: Durable

A lot subspace and refrigerator and freezer like the temperature controls energy saver is a plus nice water and ice maker electronic features on outside of ice maker like the digital blue light

ice tray difficult to get out

this refrigerator works well and looks great, But the ice tray is extremely difficult to remove. i did not think this was normal so i went to the store and looked at the floor model and it was the same.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: needs to change ice tray removal

Great looking fridge from the outside and inside. French doors make it very convenient to find things. Lots of space in both fridge and freezer due to front to back depth. Kids can fill up on ice and water without having to open anything! Looked at a lot of refrigerators and found this to be the best bargain for the money!!
Would definitely recommend to someone.
