TERRIBLE - stay away

how on earth does this have 4 stars!? do your research, everyone who owns this has had problems. the icemaker stops working and there is a constant puddle of water underneath the crisper drawer

Missing the freezing drawer.

Problems from the Beginning

ice maker not working. water underneath the pantry drawer. ice blocking vents so refrigerator not getting cold. fan is loud. repairman wont work on samsungs says problems will re-occur. now what!

Worst Refrigerator Ever!

Ice maker freezes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the ice maker continuously freezes up and the ice clups up when it tries to dump. i have to get my blow dryer to get it all loose about every 2 to 3 days. we are always out of ice.

dont buy this refrigerator. the ice maker freezes up many times. i have a very expensive refrigerator but makes no ice. its very annoying.

Freezes up

samsung refrigerators freeze up monthly. emptying out the frig to power down and defrost is not a sign of a good design. i've had numerous repairs and parts replacements.
