Beautiful Appliance

We ordered the "Chef Collection" site unseen. No dealer had one in stock except for the Family Hub models. We got the stainless steel unit and it is absolutely beautiful. We're still learning how to use it since we've only had it a couple days. I love it though. It has 2 compressors and it is the quietest refrigerator I have ever had. That's a great quality. I love that we can make the lower right section into either a freezer or fridge and adjust the temperatures to whatever we put in there. We are very impressed with the unit.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, quiet
I would recommend this to a friend!

I enjoy using this refrigerator everyday. It's user friendly and very neat in its space. It does not over extend past the cabinet. It holds lots of food well without looking cluttered. Best investment ever. It's also easy to clean.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, sleek metallic finished look
Cons: it was very costly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

ice maker breaks.jams! flapper on water dispenser breaks. cheap! instructions on how to clean bottom drawers lacking. expensive to buy expensive to repair! i'd pass. great idea poor execution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i'll never buy another fridge without a soda water feature. it's great! soda water on tap at any time. we use it every day. and we haven't had any issues with ice maker that other people have mentioned.

Trouble Ice Maker

i bought the refrigerator in late 2015. had the ice maker system fixed 3 times. this week of october 2021, the ice maker system stops function properly again. ice built up inside and no ice was make. very disappointing. samsung refrigerators icemaker always have problem with icemaker.

We are on our 4th service call

we bought our chef collection 4 door refrigerator in 2015.
we have never been able to get ice cubes that are true cubes, they are always broken up.
not crushed but not solid.
we had the ice maker repaired.
we have water leaking under the chef drawer and there is ice forming.
we had the technician out twice replacing parts to correct that issue.
the repairman thought it was fixed.
we now have another repair ticket for the same issue.
water snd ice under the chef draw.
i’ve never had such problems with appliances.
you don’t want me to get started on the other appliances in the chef collection line.
each one has issues.
this breaks my heart because they are beautiful appliances with great fearures that i enjoy so much but the parts that are problrmatic are real issues.

Does not make ice!

If I could give this refrigerator a minus five stars I would. The icemaker does not work unless we melt the the frost off the icemaker once a month with a blow-dryer. Now it does make ice....but under the chef's pantry drawer! That makes the drawer hard to open and often with a sheet of ice falling to the floor. If we need ice cubes we now run to the basement to get them from our 22 year old Kitchenaid refrigerator that still works. The Samsung refrigerator has been the most disappointing appliances that we have ever bought.
