Lack of power

I have had 2 of these vacuums. They last about 6 months then they lose suction. It is a piece of junk. I don't know how to get it fixed and if i do will it work. I suggest you stay away from this product.

When the first one I bought stopped working, I bought another, thinking that the first one was a fluke. Shame on me! The second one has stopped working as well. It no longer holds a charge. I can't believe they are still selling this product.

battery does not charge

I got this for Christmas. It has done a job great. I use it on tile floors and to pick up kitty litter around the litter box. It is now May and it won't hold a charge. I have to keep adjusting it on the power charge stand. It just keeps shutting off when I try to use it. Just disappointed. I guess I will call customer service but don't want to pay for a part after just a few months of use.

Don't waste your money!

My family has used Electrolux vacuums for over 65 years. I have my mom's canister vac which is about 65 years old. When we moved I could not bring it along. So I went and bought this Ergorapido. It barely lasted a year. The power is so low it cannot not suck up anything. I am truly disappointed and saddened. Don't waste your money try to upgrade if you are a die hard Electrolux fan.
