A great purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this product for a couple of years now and it's brilliant. Light, powerful, quick to recharge and easy to empty. Even when I clog it up with masses of dogs hairs it's easy to clean. About to buy one for my mum.

I LOVE IT

I have three of them. One in my basement and two on the main floor. It is quiet, not as loud has others. Picks up very good and easy to clean. I also bought two for my friends. I only wish that the battery could be replaced, without getting a new hand vac.

I love the simplicity of use with this product, it beats sweeping by a mile. it does a much better job. Having the hand vac built in is very handy, the 2 attachments with it for the hand vac work well. The drawbacks are, short battery life, long charge time, and it wont standup by itself. When I want to use the hand vac the stick must lay on the floor, it wont lean against the wall without falling down. The battery will last maybe 20 minutes, if your lucky, then needs to be charged for several hours to use again for maybe 20 minutes before it completely dies.

Since my first Ergorapido no longer held a charge, I ordered the second Ergorapido and absolutely love it.. Looking to order extra filters (EL2055B) and found they're not available. Bummer!!!

Piece of garbage

Bought it about 1-2 yrs ago. Had to replace it after 6 mths, wasnt charging. It worked for 6 mths and once again it stopped charging. The issue is the smaller vac isn’t stronge enough to charge the unit. What a waste of money.

AVOID Electrolux Ergorapido

This vacuum cleaner is a complete waste of money and time. I rarely write negative reviews, but this product is so appallingly bad, SNL would be inspired.
1. On carpet, the vacuum does not move forward. You have to pick up the entire vaccuum and set it down at a new location, so you can pull it backwards -- every time.
2. The manufacturer instructs you to leave the vacuum in the charging stand (because it supposedly stops charging the battery when full), but after being fully charged, it lasts 15 minutes max before dying.
3. After 10 uses (of approximately 15 minutes per use), it has become rickety and unwieldy -- like supermarket carts with wheels that want to go in all different directions.
4. The compartment to hold the dirt does not lock into place, so dust often escapes -- into the rest of the vacuum cleaner, and is a nice surprise for your face.

These are the key points. On a positive note, it has this awesome neon blue light when it's charging, and we loved the orange color.

No suction, battery doesn't last long.

I bought this a couple of years ago and it does not work. It worked with full force at the beginning but after less than a year it lost its power. It does suction anything not even the smallest crumb. Let's see how they stand behind their product.

Doesn't work

Stopped working after 3 years. Disappointed when I went to turn it on and it made a very loud sound and pushed a lot of dust out of it. I can't find any trouble shooting for this issue. The battery is fine but the machine itself appears to be broken.
