Like the fridge, for the most part. Ice maker has to be defrosted at least every month. Door shelves break with the weight of a feather

So disappointed !

I bought this at the end of March this year so I have used it for one and half month. I have condensation on the surface of the door(outside). I called the customer center and the agent said I need to turn off the ENERGY SAVER option. There is a heater in front of the door and the heater makes condensation according to the agent. Also, she said they are planning to change the option's name because it doesn't seem to work well. I didn't understand. Then, why Samsung makes this option. If there is no energy saver option, I would have thought about another model. This is soooo disappointing.

how on earth does this have 4 stars!? do your research, everyone who owns this has had problems. the icemaker stops working and there is a constant puddle of water underneath the crisper drawer

Missing the freezing drawer.

ice maker not working. water underneath the pantry drawer. ice blocking vents so refrigerator not getting cold. fan is loud. repairman wont work on samsungs says problems will re-occur. now what!

Ice maker freezes

dont buy this refrigerator. the ice maker freezes up many times. i have a very expensive refrigerator but makes no ice. its very annoying.
