Worst misstake ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] will never buy a samsung refrigerator again. 3 mths after purchasing it, it started freezing up. come to find out it’s common for this product. very dissappointed in this product esspecially for the price i paid for it.

Worst ice maker ever!

one of the features i liked about this refrigerator was the ice-making capacity. this ice maker jams up any time you try to get more than one cup of ice. i am so frustrated. i tried submitting a service call on line, but i kept getting the oops message. i will now be making a phone call for service.

Sad we chose this model

2 major issues. one is the drain line freezing up because the drain defroster piece of metal is inadequate. there are a lot of youtube videos about this.
other is the ice maker. 2 years after purchasing, it cost ~$700 to replace it. a year after that, it failed again. constant defrosting issues with the ice maker. even repair man mentioned that putting the ice maker in the refrigerated section will always cause problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible Ice Maker

we bought this fridge a few years ago and have had nothing but problems with the ice make. it freezes over and it is constantly getting clogged. i always have to break the ice chunks off the top for it to start working again for a day if im lucky. if i would have read more of the review i never would have bought this model.

Buy Something Else!

the refrigerator is attractive and the counter depth fit perfectly. however, the ice maker is loud and constantly needs to be defrosted! ice gets caught up in its compartment. i have to chip away the ice... that is after i struggle to get the unit out! then i repeat this fix every couple weeks. i wish i never bought this refrigerator. horrible! do not buy!

Love all but shelving

we have had this fridge about a year. everything works great onit. my husband uses the ice maker daily with no problems thus far. what i dont care for is the shelves and how you cant put larger items in without lying them down. (ie large bottle juice). other than that its a nice unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] really enjoy the 3 french door design, the freezer at the bottom makes it easy for my kids to grab things themselves. the only negative thing i have to say and nothing against the product is black stainless steel, i was unaware it's just paint so i don't care for the maintenance that this color needs. but overall great product

Horrible ice dispenser

the ice maker has been serviced or repaired 4-5 times in the 3 years we have owned it. it used to freeze up and no ice. then there was a recall and the part finally fix it. now it leaks inside the fridge and each time you get ice. so furious with it!
