BEAUTIFUL, EFFICIENT, BUT TROUBLESOME AT TIMES

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this fridge a few years ago. Overall it is beautfiul, well built, and spacious on the inside. The water dispenser delivers a somehwat slow, but always perfectly chilled, stream of purified water. The filters are just a little pricy but well worth their cost in my opinion. The taste of the water is excellent.
I have struggled quite a bit with the ice maker. Lots of trouble shooting involved with small plastic parts that could possibly break whilst trying to access the ice maker itself.
Overall I reccomend this fridge if you consider yourself a patient person. My entire household is comprised of Samsung products. I am very loyal to this brand and I believe you should be as well!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ice Maker Constantly Freezes Up

the icemaker continually ices up. this creates a wedge of frozen cubes which prevents the ice from falling into the dispenser and consequently making more ice. i regularly have to use a knife to break up the ice jam. am now resorting to manually defrosting the unit with a blow-dryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i’ve had the fridge for 2 years and have had no issues. only recommendation would be a smaller ice maker. i love the versitility of the shelves snd the drawer. very happy with the performance!

Been a great fridge so far.

have had it for a few years now. never had much trouble with it, changing the filter is easy and not real messy. its done a great job of keeping tempuratures and maintaining both the fridge and freezer where set. the bins in the left door around the dispenser don’t hold a lot and are of limited use. but adjusting shelves and the large drawer for cheeses etc are great.
would buy it again.
