The fan constantly freezes & makes a horrible soun

The fan in the back panel constantly freezes & makes a horrible sound, like it's stuck on a monorail, climbing a mountain but the rails aren't catching so it just revs and revs and revs!!! It's so frustrating!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Like the size of the lower freezer

I've only had this refrigerator for two days now. In general, this is a good refrigerator. I like the storage in the upper refrigerator doors and the pull out, lower freezer drawers. I also like the digital control panel. The delivery time was very good.
But, what I miss is more vertical space on the refrigerator shelves (main part of the refrigerator). I would rather have more additional vertical spacing on the main shelves. in place of the "cool select pantry."
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are very happy with our new Samsung French door refrigerator, it is roomy, and really pretty, black is back.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color

Without a doubt the noisiest fridge iv'e ever heard or owned. sounds like a mini-bike revving, and shifting gears. always has a loud buzzing sound. The ice cubes always come out wet, chipped and half frozen. Also the other reviewer is correct about the drawer never slides out smooth feels like it's jumping off the track. well it keeps my milk cold i guess.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, noisy

Loud banging noises

Second Samsung French door....Loved the first one. This one has frequent loud banging noises.
Scares the heck out of you when it bangs. Submitted a service request electronically six days ago. Haven't heard anything yet.

Very loud compressor

This is the loudest fridge I've ever had. It's runs so loud I have to turn up the TV. I can hear it from my basement, the ice maker drips all the time and spills down the front on the door. I've had it already and it's only 6 weeks old!
Pros: looks nice
Cons: Poor quality, noisy and drips water

The lightning is great. This meet our expectations. The ice cubes are a little small. The dispenser for water is great. It is high to fit most items under neath.

terrible front-panel ice maker

The front-panel ice dispenser is very poor quality. Aside from being painfully slow, it will jam up at least once a month and require manual defrosting with a blow dryer. Even worse, it always traps a little bit of ice in the ice shoot which will melt and slowly drip water. After two years, my door is developing rust around the bottom edge of the ice maker panel and the door itself. I have no other complaints other than the problematic ice dispenser, but the refrigerator is slowly becoming an eyesore due to the rusting door and I’d hate to have to junk the whole thing because of a cosmetic problem. It’s an appalling situation to have something as simple as an ice maker ruin an entire product. This is not the quality I had in mind buying a Samsung product. If you’re considering purchasing this style refrigerator, I strongly recommend the standard door model without the front panel ice maker.
