Quit working after 4 months

I bought my Samsung 4 months of use the refrigerator quit working. No cooling, no lights inside or out (on the door). A qualified technician told us that it was either the main power board or the sub power inverter board. We are now in day nine without a refrigerator. Not happy with the refrigerator.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Could Not Be Happier with my Samsung 25 cu.ft. French Door

Every day I thank myself for making the change from our side-by-side. The versatility of the shelving inside is awesome. Even after all these weeks I discovered a new feature---the upper left shelf LIFTS all the way up and out of the way making room for another tall pitcher. Couldn't do that with any of my other refrigerators. I also keep a couple of thermometers in the top sections (as well as one in the bottom freezer), which give me peace of mind that this model is really doing what it claims to do! I never had a bottom freezer before, and the extra sliding drawer gives us a lot of versatility. Back up top, I can see everything so much better, with even more on-the-door storage on the left-hand door! Wish I made this decision sooner because I have been keeping house for 49 years and could have enjoyed this convenience a long time ago. Once in awhile I have even seen my husband standing in front of it just staring. He says he like this model better, too.
Pros: Bright display, beautiful design, versatile

Interior room during the Holidays

Love the size and storage room. During the holidays when preparing for large dinners, it is very nice to be able to prepare items ahead of time an have the room to store them before cooking. Really cuts down on the hustle and rush trying to prepare all at once to cook. Also has plenty of room for item that need to stay cool. My wife loves the room for storage and also the bottom freezer for the ice maker and also the room to store frozen items.

This product has an attractive look/design. Features are just simple enough for anyone. You don't have to be a tech-genius. Easy to setup and operate. The French doors make a difference when putting oversized items inside. The freezer-drawer is also convenient for storing big items. I think it's a good product for a moderate sized family.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this for a year and a half... love the shelves. Had heard some concerns that the ice maker / water dispense "leaks" but I havr not had this issue. I think when the ice is dispensed, if a piece of ice is caught between ice maker and dispenser, it eventually melts and will spill into tray area. Can fit lots of stuff, cakes, lots of food, plenty of drinks. We have a large extended family and host lots of events at our home and we can fit so much in here its amazing. Only gripe is the door shelves on the side that house the dispenser has a bunch of small and narrow spaces. I usually shove condiments and small things there.

3 repairs for the same issue in less than a year

purchased 11/19. needed service. in march 2020 i had to have it repaired for the same issue. it took over a week of emails because they said out of warranty allegedly 02/2020. they wouldnt accept the recipts and paperwork from the store. they agreed to send someone out on a warranty to the last repair. september 2020 the same issues all over again. do not buy this product!

Ice Dispenser Stay Away

i bought this fridge 4 years ago and two years ago the ice maker started jamming up for no reason. and looking at the reviews it appears i’m not the only one with this issue. considering the price of the fridge, this is beyond frustrating and should not be an issue. i would stay away from this fridge at all costs.

DO NOT GET THIS FRIDGE

This was the most expensive fridge/appliance we have ever bought. We have had it for almost 2 years now and from 2-3 months of owning it we have had nothing but problems. We paid $2,000+ for it at the time. Samsung has been out here at least 10 times and we still have all of the same issues. The ice mostly comes out chipped and chips then get stuck in the door so every time you go to get ice about 4 tablespoons of sitting water drop in to your cup. The ice maker is constantly jamming, even as I type this, I can't get the tray out because there is ice jammed in it AGAIN. The seal on the doors isn't very strong, my 2 year old was able to open the doors no problem. We will NEVER buy a Samsung Kitchen appliance again!
