So far, this refrigerator has performed well. Ample storage space for the money, and nice features, including the drawer with separate temp controls.

Love this Refrigerator

This is a large refrigerator that really holds a lot of items. The four doors are amazing. One of the best features is the drawers in the freezer. It helps keep everything so well organized. We love the fact that you can change the bottom freezer to more refrigerator space if you want to. We haven't needed to yet, but it is a great function. We love the ice dispenser and water in the door. The filter is easy to replace -once we found it. It is a great looking refrigerator and it keeps food a a steady temperature. It has been amazing how long vegetables stay fresh in the bin. The only con I can think of is that finger prints show up easily on the surface even though it is supposed to be finger print resistant.
Pros: attractive, freezer drawers really organize things, versatility in freezer/refrigerator option

Design of this product is very good

The design of the product is great. The water filter is in an easy spot to replace. I had to learn how to position a water bottle to fill it up without the water going everywhere, but once I did I was happy. The black steel keeps much cleaner than the stainless steel. Enjoying it.

We have been using this product for a week now and it seems to be doing well. We are happy with the look of this product and feel that we got what we paid for. One draw back is that we thought we were buying a refrigerator with two ice makers like it is advertised for, but then discovered that is not the case with the black color option. We discovered this oversight at the time the unit was being installed. In addition, the one ice maker that is installed seems to be a bit under powered when dispensing, the crushed ice function does not work very well, and the ice maker does not have a very large capacity. However, the internal layout is nice and the retractable shelves are very convenient.
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display
Cons: only one ice maker

well designed storage spaces with easy to adjust and access drawers and shelves. the digital display is fairly self explanatory though I did need to consult the manual to understand some of the icons.
Love the beautiful look and the fact that it does not need space on the sides for ventilation.

It performs exactly how it should. I like the large capacity ice maker. The only design issue is that there is no kick plate to hide the legs/ rollers and there doesn't seem to be an accessory or another part that could work. I will keep on trying to get Samsung to offer a part for this purpose!
