Great fridge but didn't last long

This is a beautiful fridge with a great design and good features. The water dispenser is large enough to fill a pitcher. The slide out bottom freezer is a good size and allows you to store large items. The door pin at the top is nice because it's spring loaded and ensures both doors always close unlike other French door designs that have a hard stop pin that could allow the doors to stay open if not closed in the right order.
Only problem. Entire unit stopped cooling 3 months before 1 year mark. Samsung service providers didn't take the time to evaluate what was wrong and went through multiple cycles of "assessing" and ordering parts before determining there was an unrepairable leak in a coil. I was without a fridge that entire time. Don't know if this is a common issue with these new fridges but it wasn't caught during the first evaluation. Hopefully it doesn't happen with the new unit. Customer service puts you in the run around with no one really helping you and just pushing you off on to another service person. I usually buy Samsung but this has been the worst experience and it's a shame because this is a really nice fridge.

Great looking refrigerator

This looks great in my kitchen. Just had it for a few hours but is very quiet and has a lot of room!!!

Lovely product with irritating flaw

I love my refrigerator with one exception. The display on the front has options around the outside but they are not illuminated. The only way I can see them is to shine a flashlight directly on them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I couldnt wait to receive it at my house. Such a sleek design and beautifully designed and colored. And it cooled down real fast and water and ice came out fine. It has child lock on the ice which is a cool feature for those kids who just cant keep their hands to themselves. Overall great product samsung.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight

I have had the Fridge a little over a month & I love it. I love the stainless steel black. I haven't seen any fingerprints yet. Love that. Also it runs quite & I love that. Needless to say I am satisfied with my Samsung Fridge.

Plenty of room. Water dispenser on the inside of the refrigerator gives more room. Nice design. A good buy! Love the LEDs.

Got this fridge a couple of weeks ago. Quiet, cold, pretty. Everything I expected it to be, so far. No funny sounds or screwy ice maker issues. Time will tell.
