This product looks great with no fingerprints. It has an easy to use control panel for setting temperature. The ice maker is great at 10 pounds per day and the water dispenses fresh cold water. The shelves are easily adjusted with options for storing taller items.
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor performance with ice & water dispensor

It is difficult to select the water vs. ice you typically have to press the button several times before it switches, The dispenser also leaks. Expected more from a brand new high end product
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality

This product has great features

I do love the refrigerator specially the black stainless steel and it is a really nice fridge and is working great" the only thing that is a little wrong for me is the fridge department, the freezer is just right i love it but the fridge is a little small inside looking at it from the outside you would think it's really large inside but it's not when i was looking at it in the store i was just looking at how pretty it was and how badly i needed a freezer which i am still happy about, but now i want be cooking very large dinners because i have limited space but overall i love it!!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, plenty of room in freezer
Cons: a little small inside

I have really enjoyed my new fridge thus far but my only problem is that the ice dispenser is messy and no attachment to catch water drips or fallen ice. The ice chips fall on the floor easily and creates a mess! Plus the ice cubes come out half solid and half crushed even though I have not selected the crushed option! Over all a good product but disappointed with the ice dispenser.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: needs a drip pan for ice/water dispenser

My new Samsung refrigerator performs great so far 1(+ month). The finish leaves a bit to be desired. For instance the Product name on the appliance says: Sam ung. Not sure who Sam Ung is.
Plastic protective wrap in several areas will NOT come off. Not a functional problem, but not pretty either.
Delivery was flawless.

Disappointing ice/water dispenser

Very disappointed in the automatic ice & water dispenser. Regular ice cubes come out stuck together in two's and three's and don't fit into the glass, and bounce out onto the floor. Also there is no type of small drain below the dispenser to hold any over-spill. My old fridge (not a Samsung) had a nice small little tray which was removable so I could just dump it if it got a little over-spill.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Not high def

Very elegant and a complement to our remodeled kitchen. My wife appreciates the bottom freezer and the convenience of the new inside design features.
