I bought this product over a month ago and am very disappointed with it. 1. It does not have very good suction and misses a lot of the small dirt, crumbs on the floor. 2. It gets very hot while using it. 3. It is very difficult to switch to the various attachments. I have to wrestle with it. 4. Hair gets stuck around the brush. I need to clean that after each use. I get scissors to cut the hair and then pull it out. 5. Emptying it, I need to reach my hand in the canister to pull the dirt out. 6. The cord is short 7. It is awkward to use. Doesn't feel comfortable while vacuuming. 8. It is time consuming to empty canister, pull out hair from brush and switch attachments. Way more trouble than its worth since it doesn't do a good job with picking up the dirt.

Hi Dana50! Your 360 Reach Pro Bagless should pick up better than this. We want to help. If you're noticing a loss in suction, this can be due to the filter needing to be cleaned or changed. It's normal for hot air to blow out from the motor, but if the filter needs to be cleaned this makes the motor work harder and will blow out hotter air. Please give this a try: Remove the filter from inside the canister, then rinse and air dry for 24 hours. Once the filter is dry and back in place, you should receive better suction.
Since the brushroll spins fast to collect debris, we suggest cleaning it after use to keep the ends clear and the brushes spinning. For optimum performance we recommend emptying the dirt cup after each use and cleaning the filter. The filter can be replaced the every 6-12 months as needed. If you have any further questions feel free to give us a call at 1-800-321-1134 (M-F 8a-6p EST). We're here for you!

I bought this item about 5 months ago. We put down Laminate flooring last winter. This stick vacuum works great. Love the fact that it has an adjustable height and a wide base. The other attachments do what they are made for. Love the bag to store everything so as no items get lost. Only one complaint...it is hard to get the canister off the handle.
Had this vac for about three years now. All is good except where stick attached to unit. Plastic parts breaking and can't find replacement parts.

Hi teena9702! We're sorry to hear of your troubles and that you're aren't happy with the performance of your 360 Reach. Allow us to help! For best performance, we recommend the dirt canister be emptied regularly. If the canister is not emptied during and after every use, this can cause debris to become impacted and built up.
The filter should be checked every 4-6 uses. To access the filter, twist the frame counter-clockwise and pull the filter out. Now, rinse the filter under running water, shake out any excess water, and then allow to dry completely for 24 hours. After doing this, your 360 should be good as new! If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to let us know!
I bought this product a few weeks ago. I have two dogs. I have both hardwood floors and carpeted floors. It does a fine job on the hardwood floors, but does nothing for the carpeted areas. I tried using the stair attachment, but that would require me to be on my hands and knees to use the attachment on my carpet. Bad back = not happening. Wish there was an attachment for carpets. It does a good job on the fan blades and the dusting attachment is good as well. ALSO... the motor becomes very hot and you can feel it though the handle.
I bought this about a month ago. We have two cats in the home and I was expecting it to do a better job at picking up cat hair. Also, I get sick of having to clean the filter and cyclone compartment daily. I also think the suction could be much better.

Hi DianeF, Thanks for trying out the new 360 Reach. We appreciate you letting us know how you feel about it. We have a few tips to get the most out of your stick vac. When picking up cat hair on carpet, we suggest you attach the powered stair and upholstery tool. That should provide the pick up you need. Also, the Reach is intended to complement your primary vacuum, so if you use it daily, you may have to empty the dirt cup more frequently. We want to get some more detailed feedback from you, so we are emailing you now. Thanks!
We purchased this vacuum about four months ago when we installed new hardwood floors. We wanted something to clean up the floors and not have to get out the big vacuum or the dust pads. We have a dog that sheds, so we needed something that could pick up the dog hair along with the dirt. It worked great for the past few months with the exception of getting very hot. It's to the point where I have to switch hands to keep from burning my skin. This past weekend, we cleaned the house thoroughly, including the stairs, vents, furniture, etc. We love the way it can change attachments and allows us to use it through the entire house, however this time we must have overused it because the vacuum completely shut down. I was half way through with the steps with it shut off and could not start back up. Again, the unit gets very hot and my guess is it overheated and shut down as a safety feature. We had to pull out the big vacuum and finish the job that we started with that. I tested the vacuum today, which is three days after it shut down, and it works now, but based in it's track record, we have to use it in short intervals. The concept of this vacuum is great, but with the overheating I'm not sure it is worth the money.

Hello Yooperjeff! Your 360° Reach Pro is equipped with a thermal protector sensor that will shut it off if it reaches a certain temperature. This can happen if the vacuum is running too long, typically 40 minutes or more of constant use. This can also occur if there's an obstruction. To check for clogs disconnect the wand from both ends and run a broom stick through it from one end to the other. That should do it! Hope this helps!
