The best vacuum ever for hard floors ! It would be perfect if the stair tool would work with the extension rod! !!! I have the smaller version also but miss the gadgets Included with the pro 360 !!!!

poor engineering on removal of dirt cup and unable to remove crevice tool or other attachments the release buttons did not let the tool be removed the crevice tool was so tight the button broke now it its duck tapped to hold in place.to get the dirt cup off I had to shave the release hook as was too long to let go when pushing the button that was the problem with pushing the button on the crevice too the release hook was too long would not open up also too heavy for my wife to use got tendonitis from using it

After 2nd use on strictly plank vinyl this thing has little suction, gets too hot to hold onto and had actuall locked up from overheating. Will come back on after cooling down. I have kept filter and cup clean after each use per instructions air dried more than 24 hours. Horrible product, please don't spend your hard earned money here. Now I'm out!

Hi Stlshopper! You shouldn't be having any issues with suction, especially after your first use. We think we have a good idea what's causing the vacuum to overheat. It may be clogged. Try this: Disconnect the wand from both ends. Use a broom stick or something similar to knock out any clogs. Next, release the dirt cup. Twist clockwise to remove the filter frame. Rinse the filter under running water, shake it out and allow 24 hours to air dry. That should do it. Let us know if you still need us!

I purchased this because I wanted a vacuum that would be easy to use and would do a nice job of cleaning my hardwood floors. This vacuum is a great solution. It's not for deep cleaning, but it works really well for picking up dust and other small stuff off the floor. I like how it works well around the baseboards too. A winner in my book

I upgrated from the corded stick vacuum. I wore it out lol. I will say what a good decision. It is amazing. Picks up all the messy furballs from from my pets. Dirt and yuck is not problem for this product... Love IT !!!!!

Everything I use this the dog hair gets caught up in the collection cup. I have to open it up and stick my finger in there to clean it out. I have to do this 3-4 times before the cup is even close to being full. Also there is no easy way to clean off the roller brush. Every other time I use it in have to get the scissors out and clip off the dog hair that has gotten stuck around the roller, without doing this it is completely unusable.

Hi JennaSoto! That shouldn't happen. We want to help. If you find yourself using your fingers to empty the dirt cup, it may be getting too full. On the canister there's a Max Fill Line. Once the dirt reaches this line, be sure to empty it. We hope this helps!

Bought this to vacuum my home with hardwood floors throughout, including the kitchen. Also have a dog so hair/fur is another issue. After daily use with other sweep methods I bought the Dirt Devil 360 and all I can say is WOW! An amazing product that exceeded any expectations I had! The crumbs, dirt, and fur it picked up was incredible... You would never know that I used to sweep/mop daily. This product is the first I have ever written a review for but I was so impressed with its performsce I just couldn't stop myself. Love it!
