I love the light weight of this machine, however, am very disappointed that the powerhead no longer works. I use the mop but there is no suction. All he filters are clean. I have washed the machine more than once. There is just no suction! I am leary if I should purchase a power head or not. I use this machine only for light work and mostly on lino. I am so disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

just used a few times so far, all the attachments are great. In my manual it shows a powered wand and powered carpet tool, does anyone know where these are available?

I have wood and ceramic tile flooring. 6 fur babies. I gave the living room a good cleaning with my old vacuum. Then I gave the 360 reach the test. I was shocked. I emptied the dust cup full of dog hair, twice. Had to clean the filter because of the fine dust particals. Great on the furniture. Would strongly recommend for pet owmers, with these types of flooring. Wish it had a dusting brush for my keyboard.

I just purchased this today. It works super well. I did not receive the ceiling fan attachment. Besides that no problem with it. A great choice if you can't afford a dyson!
