Great convenience

It has performed very well and we like the flexibility to use it as an oven for baking biscuits or cooking chicken nuggets. I do worry long term about the reliability of the knob. Also, my wife struggles with finding the right speed cook option. Overall though, this is a great appliance.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The dial is a little odd

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new microwave, however using the dial takes a little getting use to. My past microwaves all had key pads. Just like anything new, we'll get proficient at using it.

It was more than a microwave, it's like having another oven. It's very easy to operate and I love using it. The GE Cafe series is a beautiful line of appliances. I purchased 4 pieces and would recommend this line to others.

Cheap parts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The plastic wrapped handle on my microwave started to flake off just over 1 year later from the heat of the oven below it. Otherwise works just as well as my 15 year + old microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It matches my other kitchen GE Cafe appliances recently purchased. Hesitant because of the complaints of others, but I'm sure I'll get used to it. Was kinda pricey though.
