Absolutely beautiful microwave/convection oven to complete our kitchen set. Great quality and looks professional. Blue LED is a nice touch. Installed without difficulty. Easy to use.

We bought it because it matches our set of appliances. The panel is a pain. I would like to see simplified functions of the panel. The knob does different things at different time. It should (but does not) allow you to increase the running time all the time. Defrosting is an exercise in futility due to the poor user interface of that button.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We absolutely love our new microwave! It is quiet, and the fan is wonderful (we have it vented into the room), it has a nice light which helps so much over my stove top. Beautiful stainless, and quiet shutting door. I wasn't sure about the knob, but it is so easy to use. Haven't tried the convection feature yet, but i don't see myself using that too much. Matches my other cafe series appliances, except the LED light is a darker blue than the gas stove and refrigerator.

Owned this same model in a house we built in 2000 and never had any issues. Installed this same model in the next house 14 years later. Still just as happy with it. Easy to use, love the convection oven feature. Was pretty simple to install. Easy to keep clean. Nothing bad to say about it. Only inconvenience is that you have to wait for the oven to cool down after using it in bake, etc mode before you can run the auto sense microwave mode.
I would recommend this to a friend!
