Underpowered

I have this installed above my range. It looks good, except for the cheap black sides which I had to replace myself. My old counter-top had more power, so I am disappointed this one takes a bit longer to cook food. At this expensive price point, more power should have been provided. Not had a chance to use it as a convection oven yet and probably never will.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not Happy with this

I purchased this microwave in March 2015. In July I decided to microwave 4 russet potatoes (total weight under 32 oz.). Sensor went off. Thought perhaps it was something I did. Fast forward to August. Decided to bake two potatoes. Sensor went off, this has happened four times now. Today, I did two potatoes total weigh 25 oz. no sensor alarm, but potatoes were not cooked, I micro waved them for a total of 4 minutes and still they were not cooked inside. Can anyone who has this model tell me how long it should take to cook two potatoes?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Microwave/Convection Oven

This microwave is nice and easy to use. The knob in the middle seems a bit out of place but is only used during setup. The only complaint is the door handle is a cheap plastic bar with silver wrapping. This replaces an old GE Cafe Microwave which was over 10 years old.
I would recommend this to a friend!
