Terrible Door Handle

The door handle isn't stainless steel, but plastic and will peel off. Not good!

Handle peeling just like everyone else

Cheap plastic handle is peeling like the majority of other comments/reviews on here and the internet. The metal foil that is peeling off the handle is sharp and has cut the back of my hand at least once

This is my second microwave where the panel just stopped working. Very very strange! In addition to this product my dishwasher rusted inside and cleans poorly. Not good products.

Quite simply put - "I love it"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I dreaded getting an OTR microwave based on numerous web sites stating all the horrors that could occur with that type of unit as well as the aesthetics. Well, I couldn't be happier.
The unit has a streamlined look to it and in a small kitchen is actually much less obtrusive than if I had used a stainless hood.
I haven't' used the convection part of the unit but as far as a microwave it is so easy and intuitive. Everything comes out great - whether I'm cooking one potato or four, steaming vegetables, or microwaving an egg.
Once winter comes I'll be cooking more so I'll make time to watch the instructional CD to learn how to use the convection and browning part of the oven.
I'm very, very happy that I didn't let all the OTR nay-sayers dissuade me from purchasing this item.
I would recommend this to a friend!

so quiet. amazing difference from my maytag. mostly use microwave feature but enjoy having convection oven too which we use for cooking pizza without heating up oven.

Great features and love the microwave. It's a little hard to understand how to use - I admit I haven't read the manual yet (only had for a few weeks) but it heats and re-heats food/beverages perfectly. Only negative I have at this time is the control panel is dark and not back lit so hard to see at night or when lights are dim in the kitchen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this microwave to match our other alliances and have been very pleased with its performance. The fact that it doubles as a convection oven mikes life really easy for us!
