I have only had this appliance for 2 weeks. So far, so good. I love the water dispenser. My only suggestion is that the cool select pantry drawer was split in two. I don't like having to open both doors of the fridge to get to things in that drawer. Minor problem.
I actually would have purchased the counter depth but the price was so much higher for the smaller appliance that I gave in to the bigger one.

This is our second Samsung refrigerator and before we had other refrigerators.
This is the best one we've ever had. The design is very smart, making it very easy to organize, see, and reach all the items in the fridge. At first, I thought I wasn't going to like having the freezer in the bottom, since before we had had a side by side and before that a smaller fridge with the freezer on top, but it is very easy to organize it and see everything in it. Also, I can see how I can fit a huge turkey when Thanksgiving comes around again.
I can't truly rate performance yet, since it is so new, but design, value, and features are excellent!
Pros: great design, bright inside

We have had this product for several months now. So far everything is great. Several reviews complained of problems with the ice maker. Not a problem. We love the many features of this unit. French doors, bottom freezer, adjustable shelving and door bins, etc. This unit by Samsung is a great value.

Love the look of the black stainless. The finish doesn't show finger or hand prints. Space is amazing and more features then I'll ever use. For the money I'm thrilled with our new refrigerator.
