I love this new fridge. It is smaller than the one I had before but the design makes it seem just as large or larger. The ice maker makes plenty of ice for our summer drinks and even have enough to store some away for picnics and camping. It is easy to rearrange and everything fits!
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight

I shopped many different brands and models before deciding on this French door model. The arrangement of the features matches what I need for ease of use. I like the bottom freezer drawers and it is well lit. It is quite easy to arrange the shelves in the refrigerator section and to find the items I am trying to locate. This model does not come with an ice maker, which I did not want. My water is too hard to make an ice maker an attractive feature, but there is adequate room in the freezer to store a bag of purchased ice.
The directions given before delivery made sure that the refrigerator would fit in the space in my kitchen.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable

I was unsure of buying a Samsung refrigerator and it was all an accident that I bought it anyway.I bought a refrigerator because mine broke, and the very day it was to be delivered the store called and told me that the refrigerator that I bought was smashed and I would have to either buy a different one or wait two weeks to get a replacement. So I went back to the store and found a Samsung. Needless to say it was the best thing I ever did. I am so happy with this refrigerator I would recommend it to everyone!!!

Love this fridge

I've only had it for about a week, but so far it's awesome. The water dispenser was leaking at first, but we followed the troubleshooting in the manual and got it fixed without having to call for service. There is an amazing amount of room in the fridge and freezer. Ice dispenser makes plenty of ice and more than keeps up with our family of four. Ice comes out slow, but I haven't seen a door dispenser that doesn't. Looks sleek and modern.

Quietest Fridge I've ever owned

This fridge is so quiet the delivery guy couldn't even tell if it was running. He had to stick his head into the freezer compartment to listen for the compressor. The design of the water dispenser makes it easy to keep the drip tray clean. The ambient lighting inside makes finding items so easy. I am very happy with our purchase!

this unit has very poor defrost performance

About 1 month after warranty ran out defrost feature failed. pulled all food and shelves out and removed back panel out to find coil and fan completely iced up due to poor drain tube design. I looked on internet to find this is a big problem with Samsung products. I defrosted unit , now 3 months later i am doing the same thing again. very unhappy... Lysle
