Great fridge I only gave it a 4 star for feature simply because I don't love how the shelves in the door set up. I Feel like the ice maker takes up WAY more room than my previous fridges, could have been designed better. Also the Ice maker is VERY slow to dispense especially crushed ice. Those are just picky details but the price was high so I feel it's ok to be particular. Overall a great fridge.

Great ice dispenser

I read ALOT of reviews before purchasing this 3 door French fridge. I saw some comments about Ice Dispenser leaking or ice not dropping in the glass. It works great. Nice ice dispensing and water in door. Lots of space in Fridge and versatile shelving options. Freezer drawer pulls out and in smoothly. Lots of space for frozen foods and with 4 compartments makes easy to sort food types. love this appliance. We bought 5 Samsung appliances during a kitchen remodel this year 2017 and are great. Nice extra features

Noise and Icing

We have had issues with the refrigerator for about four months. Sounds like circulator fan is hitting something. We have had icing issues in the refrigerator on rear wall. This is reported to be typical of this Samsung product. Attempts to defrost and then restart only resulted in the same condition occurring again. The ice make has also frozen up, probably a result of the same problem. I have tried elevating the front of the refrigerator to cause the run-off to flow to the evaporator but that has not solved the problem. We have finally called the technician, and the refrigerator is not even five years old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love that there is such more space than my side-by-side, and I don't feel "cramped" when I'm trying to put things inside! Also, like that I can see everything that I have in there without any obstructions!

This product does not work correctly

Have owned this Samsung refrigerator for right at 2 years. Since purchasing it new, the freezer section has had numerous problems. We have had 7 service calls and it is still not fixed. The ice maker has been replaced twice, yet the cubes freeze together after a day or two. The packages in the freezer cabinet become coated in frost and they wind up stuck together. If not for an extended service policy, this would have been a financial nightmare in addition to having to chisel our frozen food and ice cubes apart. Our Samsung washer and dryer, purchased at the same time as the refrigerator, have also had the need for several service calls. In our case, it was a mistake to purchase Samsung.
Pros: Bright display, nice appearance
Cons: Did not meet expectations, numerous break downs
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
