Samsung sucks

ZERO STARS -After 1 year ice maker compartment freezes over and now has stopped working altogether and refrigerator needs to be manually defrosted or ice builds up over coils and leaks water under crisper drawers onto floor. Worst product ever.

TERRIBLE ICE MAKER

this is probably the worst ice maker ever made. definetily not expected from samsung of all companies. doesn't even last 3 years. ive had older unknown brand fridge with icemakers that lasted well over 10 years with no issues. this one frosted up daily and was a pain to defrost. after a few defrosts, it completly stopped working. i tried all the tips and tricks from youtube, google, and samsung with no luck. not only was this fridge expensive, but now i need to spend even more to replace the icemaker!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Expensive piece of junk

Refrigerator coils froze over and had to be professionally repaired. Ice maker always froze over and had to be defrosted monthly until it just died altogether.
My family and I will never purchase another Samsung appliance ever again.

The fan constantly freezes & makes a horrible soun

The fan in the back panel constantly freezes & makes a horrible sound, like it's stuck on a monorail, climbing a mountain but the rails aren't catching so it just revs and revs and revs!!! It's so frustrating!

Good value for price

This fridge was the best we could get at the price purchased. We didn't have any space constraints so a larger fridge works. We love the ice maker although a bit noisy. You can hear the ice cubes drop into the tray. It is nice to have all interior ice maker and water dispenser, no need to worry about kids playing with exterior components. The water dispenser is pretty strong. Fill your cup with water first then get ice otherwise the jet stream from the dispenser splashes all over the place. There is no drip pan for the water so heed the interior label by the water dispenser.
I had to install the spacers on the doors myself since the middle door hinge didn't close properly. If the middle door hinge on the french doors don't close the fridge leaks cool air into the room, tested it with a flashlight inside the fridge; you can see the light shine thru if the middle door hinge doesn't close.
We like the LED lighting. These are just few things to consider when you make your purchase.
Pros: Inexpensive, led lights, water filter location, enough space and interior accessories
Cons: no water dispenser drip pan, needed to make door height adjustment
I would recommend this to a friend!

Has really nice lighting. Really like the design...user friendly. Shelves and drawers are easy to use.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color

The fridge that is really cool

Awesome product, very efficient, contains the features we were looking for, like internal water dispenser, also has very good design and is a great addition to our kitchen.

Without a doubt the noisiest fridge iv'e ever heard or owned. sounds like a mini-bike revving, and shifting gears. always has a loud buzzing sound. The ice cubes always come out wet, chipped and half frozen. Also the other reviewer is correct about the drawer never slides out smooth feels like it's jumping off the track. well it keeps my milk cold i guess.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, noisy
