Love the design, not the noise

I have had this just about a month now. I love the design, the space in both the fridge and freezer. However, it has a loud noise to it, like the compressor is revving up. It seems to have periodically throughout the day. My other issue is that the ice maker drops both whole cubes and broken cubes when the whole cube option is selected. Cubes are also white not clear but I read that is too be expected as it is making ice rapidly. Sometimes cubes seem a little
"watery" at times. Veggies and fruits seem to stay fresh longer and I love the deli area. I keep it on the lowest setting to keep meats fresh longer.

Cautiously optomistic about this fridge

Our initial experience with this model was terrible. The refrigerator arrived (new out of the box) with two cracks in the water hose feeding the water dispenser and ice maker. Repairmen had to come out and fix the problem. A few days later, water began collecting in the Cool Select Pantry. Another repairman arrived. There was a problem in the water filter housing. The repairman could not find the part on-line. He called his home office for help. They could not find the part immediately; expected it would take two weeks to find the part; and, no idea when it could be installed. The recommendation was to exchange the unit. (We had this fridge two weeks to the day at this point.) Here is where the "cautiously optimistic" part comes in. We had another refrigerator delivered (same model) and, despite the small scratch on the side (again out of the box), it has been operating very well. We just hope it continues operating as Samsung and Consumer Report states it will.

We are on our second one and know they want us to try "one more time", not sure I'm willing to do that. Ice maker doesn't work, crushed and cubes continuously . Water dripping from water dispenser and ice machine. Also condensation all over ice maker and seals on doors.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So much space!

Going from a side by side refrigerator to the French door model is like getting another half of a refrigerator. We buy 25 pounds of carrots for our dogs each week and it left very little room in the side by side model. We can get the bag in lengthwise in our Samsung refrigerator and have loads of room left.
The only possible glitch was when the power went out and the temperature display showed the temp rising very quickly. This may not be an issue, the refrigerator is very new and we will keep an eye on the readout.

I had a similar refrigerator before but it didn't have the same amount of room on the doors and interior. Checked consumer reports and found this is a highly recommended product. Thought it would cost more than I paid. Was pleasantly surprised and am even more impressed with my new refrigerator. Awesome product!!!

Not happy with the ice dispenser

I love the refridgerator, however the ice dispenser is very slow and when you set it to give you cubed ice, it dispenses cubed and crushed ice. I called and had a tech come out and look at it because I thought it was defective and he told me that he gets a lot of similar complaints. There is nothing he can do to fix it so I guess I just have to live with it.
Pros: lots of room
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor quality ice dispencer

Gorgeous and so much space

Of all the appliances I have purchased, this is my favorite. I stand and smile and how gorgeous this refrigerator is. I had difficulty opening the ice tray the first time. I was afraid I was doing it wrong. After I contacted the online tech, it was a snap. There is so much space inside. I love the shelves especially the shelves that fold up and hide. I can't tell you how many times I have rearranged already. The ice and water dispenser on the front looks high tech but is actually very easy to use. I am so happy with this beautiful new addition to my life.
