This refrigerator performs to standards as advertised. The icemaker replenishes ice quickly and the water dispenser is fast but not forceful. The twin cooling dual compressor hums quietly and cools quickly. The drawers and shelving are sturdy without any defects and provide more than sufficient storage space. The lighting is bright for clear and visible loading and unloading. The control panel is easy to navigate for optimal functionality. I would certainly recommend this product (and many Samsung products) to anyone.
I fell in love with the look of the refrigerator. The color is gorgeous, particularly for those who want the steel look, but want different color option. My only problem is the awkward spacing on the door side shelves. I understand the issue with the water/ice maker, but it should have been thought a bit more carefully. I also wish it would have more separators for the freezer to have a bit more organization.

This fridge is very noisy. The water tray is so shallow it overflows frequently. The storage space is very awkward.

I ike the looks, design and the interior shelf and drawers, however the ICEMAKER which is in the upper part of this model is HORRIBLE and constantly freezes over where it won't work. You have to let the unit thaw.

Frustrating

I own 2 of these refrigerators. One is in a vacation home and because I loved it so much, I bought one for my Home a few months later. Big mistake. The one in my home has had the same issue for almost 1 year. It was just 2 months out of warranty when it began. First of all, finding someone who will service this brand is almost impossible. I continue to get water which turns to ice under the wide pull out drawer. They have replaced one part 2 times and 2 additional parts which has not fixed the problem at all. I have had to reset the ice maker twice but still get ice buildup which shuts it down. We are seriously thinking of getting rid of this and replacing it with another brand. I have spent $800 trying to repair this. I own Samsung TVs, range and phones. I will need to think seriously about any further purchases from this company

Right side okay...flimsy plastic, may break with any pressure. Left side jokingly has shelves, but nothing even thin like salad dressing will fit. Total waste of space. Pretty machine, but not functional for space for more than two people. Will send back.
