Love this range/oven!

We've had our Galley range for about a month now. Love the range top with the fifth center burner - works great for our large paella pan and stir fry items. The convection oven is really fantastic - cooked a roast on about 60% of the normal time, done to perfection. This is an outstanding product that we would heartily recommend.

Dream Oven

I am so happy with our new Range. My 91 year old mother was sitting in her chair and looked over at me and said, I never thought I'd say this about a stove...but that's really pretty. Oh and it's a real workhorse too. My dream oven.

Poor Workmanship

Purchased in October 2015 and have had three service calls to repair poor workmanship issues.
The first was to replace the bottom drawer that was manufactured with a 1/8 “difference between the right and left sides causing an uneven gap between the oven door and the drawer.
The second was to replace the wrong drawer slides installed on the main structure of the oven. This was discovered when the drawer was replaced.
The third was to rewire the broiler igniter as one of the wires was installed into the wrong terminal block.
The best part of the range is the cook top that appears to function properly and seems to be well made.

We purchased the full Gallery suite of appliances and never had a second thought as to whether or not we could have done better. All of the products exceeded our expectations and they look and feel great!

Cooks and Looks Great, But Hard to Clean

I bought this a month ago and really enjoy cooking on it. It heats up fast and looks sleek in the kitchen. The only negatives are the drawer at the bottom is very hard to open. It is cheaply made. Also, it is hard to clean by the burners. We have already chipped the black paint with the heavy grates that need to be removed to clean.
