Overall a good appliance.

Not used to gas stoves but this one is nice, replaced a stove that caught fire. Wish the grates were more contemporary. I am used to glass top electric so cleaning under the grates is not something I am used to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I finally had the gas line hooked up to my kitchen. I was thrilled to get a gas stove. I chose the one I did because it had all the features I wanted. I love the Probe feature. Now, no more guessing whether something is cooked all the way thru. The only thing I would change would be to have a larger griddle. I do love cooking with gas!

Smart Design

We purchased our range about three months ago to replace our old one which shorted out on us Christmas Day. The design feature which sold us was the placement of the oven controls on the back panel instead of the front. In the past I often leaned against the front control panel and turned on various baking features. For families with young children this could be a critical selling point - touch pads can be very enticing to toddlers!

Had this stove for a little over a month now. Wife's happy with it. Especially the fifth burner feature that it has. The convection is new to us, so we'll have to get use to that set up. So far, the only thing that it lacks is a stove top burner removable cleaning tray like my old stove had. The touch pad display is colorful and easy to use. My bottom line: if the wife's happy- I'm happy. You can take that to the bank!

Great features

I bought this month ago and I am so happy! Moreover my husband switched on the oven on the first day we received it not knowing that the instruction manual and some stuff were still left inside the oven. This spoilt the racks but frigidare was good enough to send us new racks free of charge.
