Gallery Gas Stove is amazing!

Worked great then continued to work great

This is a positive review of the appliance, with a note to help anyone who might run into a problem we had with the electrical connection. Stove gave excellent service till one month out of warranty. Then the control panel needed to be reset every few days, then stopped working altogether despite repeated cycles of shutting the breaker for 5 minutes. We were about to call a repairman - looked like the panel had blown - when I pulled the stove out to check the connection. The outlet was 25years old and sure enough the wiring was quite corroded. Panel beeper would go on and off when the plug was jogged back and forth. Cleaned the wires with steel wool and installed a new outlet . No further problems. Btw, the stove is excellent. Convection shortens cook time and quality of results. Top right burner especially useful for rapid boiling of large pots of water and also for wok-cooking. We love this stove!

love having a gas stove!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed this stove in late August. Kept noticing heat loss through the top burners when oven was on. Called Frigidaire and they sent a repairman out who checked it out and replaced some parts when he came back. Although this stove was not installed and operational until August, I still love the stove and oven and feel confident the excess heat loss has been fixed.
