[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had range for 3 1/2 months now and pretty much love it. Only thing having a hard time with is baking, seems like I burn every thing. Have lowered oven temperature 30 degrees and always take 10 minutes off baking time.

Love it, except disappointed with the black top...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The black range top is hard to keep nice looking. It shows every little thing...and the nice shiny finish has burned around two burners. Also the rubber tips have all fallen off the iron grates. I need to replace them all. Other than that, I love my gas range. I need to call customer service and find out about getting new tips...

Using this range for the first time today and all 5 burners have my pots black....with soot not happy. The burners lighting very high and orange.

Regarding the orange flame in your oven is your range connected to natural gas or LP conversion? If a conversion to LP was performed it may not have been installed properly. I would have the installer check the conversion and burner air shutter adjustments. If this is regular gas, I would check the amount of incoming gas pressure to your range.

Not happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this hoping the reviews were right. They were not. The range did not bake properly and the convection mode did not work. The metal it is made from is extremely light and thin which concerned me...I never saw such thin metal. I had to return it which ended up a huge ordeal .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
