Love this refrigerator.

This is our first French door refrigerator and we love it. So much better layout than our previous side by side. Love the third door opening with the metal backing to keep the product cold. Easy to change the shelves around. Have had this product for a little over two months and the only slight issue is a little frost in the freezer. It is not a problem, I just need to figure out how to adjust the freezer door.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I went from a 25 cu ft side by side to this unit and it must be twice as large of usable space as the old one, it was always full now I have never been able to get anywhere full. Love this Unit.

This refrigerator/freezer is such a great addition to our kitchen. We love the unique features - the access to only the most used products, without having to open the entire refrigerator to room temp air, the fold away shelf in the fridge to be able to place tall items, the ability to fill tall containers with water and/or ice, the temp display and alarm gives access immediately to the current temp , and the design of the freezer, making great availability of all space. Another great feature is the easy access to the water filter, just inside the refrigerator door. The refrigerator is so quiet that you don't even know its running, even when it was in the initial stage of cooling at setup. I shopped for a Samsung product because of their reliability and innovation.

I was very hesitant to by a Samsung fridge. Maybe it is just me and knowing the old Kenmore/Whirlpool/GE/Maytag brands that have been in the appliance business for a long time. However it seems that most of the appliances we saw at various box stores was Samsung, LG, GE. Did a lot of research and had found lots of good things about all and also a few problems with each. Since they were all pretty much comparable to each other in features and price it came down to overall styling. We went with the Samsung because the lines are more eye pleasing and the interior shelving seemed to be layed out slightly better. We have had this unit for 3 weeks. So far the screen for the ice/water/temp is tempremental. It dings every time you switch cubed to crushed ice or water which is fine. At times the touch screen stops working and you are stuck with what ever it is on. Good thing I was able to reach behind to the outlet to unplug it for 10 sec. If my outlet was located in a different spot would have been more ticked off. Multiple nights now I have heard the thing switching cubed /crushed ice or just dining and showing the temp in irratic spazums. Every couple seconds or 30 seconds or 10 minutes would go into a dinging friendsy. I have had enough and will be contacting customer service.... IF customer service can take care of this professionally, quickly and as painless as possible I would continue to recommend. Otherwise I will have to say to stay away.
