Noisy fridge

Within months of getting this fridge we had loud noises at all hours of the day. We had several technicians come out to look at it and prescribed band aid solutions that did not address the problem, which I think is by design. I am disgusted since I bought all new kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer made by Samsung. I thought they were quality built... I guess I was wrong.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, nosiy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The future now

The Samsung refrigerator is very elegant both exterior and interior, with a diverse ability to use the interior I'm multiple configurations utilizing space and making it an enjoyment to work with, the water and ice functions our excellent and easy ro use. the Lower freezer allows easy and multiple storage configurations. I would reccomend this model to everyone.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color

Disappointed with the following:1:Ice is to small, melts to fast. Ice dispenses too slowly.2: Frustrated with the amount I have to clean the stainless steel. Thought it was resistant to finger prints turns out it shows everything. 3:Amount of room for taller items is lacking 4:when you pull out the freezer drawer the top part barely pulls out making it hard to see the things in the back. 5:Dont spill anything on top of the drawers in fridge. Its not easy to clean under the seal.6:never had to turn off the water to replace the water filter before.7:I don't like how the water dispenser shuts off when I open the door. 8:I can never get it to look organized Missing by side by side

PREPARE TO CLEAN AND CLEAN

This is a VERY nice looking Refrigerator and spacious....but....the ice cubes that come out are SMALL and sometimes shoot ALL OVER THE FLOOR if your glass isn't TIGHT up against the dispenser. And the Stainless shows EVERY little fingerprint, unlike the Stainless one it replaced. I also think that the interior glass shouldn't 'fog up' every time I open the door. I've read thru the manual and cannot find a possible solution.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations, ice maker inefficient, stainless shows every fingerprint
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor Performance

I do not know if the people who purchased this refrigerator have the extended warranty, or had it more than one year. After my first two years with this refrigerator, I have had nothing but problem. However, the problems started right after my warranty expire. I had/have freezing in my ice maker, fan motor going out, and/or now what looks like my compressor. I purchased this refrigerator based on the capacity and the rating that it received in 2015, and now I see that it's still be rated an 82. However, if you google Samsung refrigerator errors, you would see that there are several consumer venting their dissatisfaction of this particular product, and if you read what they are saying they all state that they would NOT RECOMMEND Samsung refrigerator to a friend, or even any enemy. I have been having problems and I have come to conclusion, that I will put this refrigerator out for recycle and purchase anything but a Samsung refrigerator.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, poor peformance, consisting problems, poor installation for ice maker, fan motor goes out
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Known design issues with this unit. Google back wall ice and Samsung Refrigerator and you will see what I mean. These are faulty units . DO NOT BUY . Look at all of the bad reviews
