Samsung French doors refrigerator

This is by far a beautiful looking refrigerator. Upon arrival it looked like Christmas morning but, after a few months the unit failed. The ice maker stop working and then the refrigerator wouldn’t get cold, the fan started making this loud noise and as a result a lots of ours food had to be thrown out because it had spoiled. I’m really disappointed with this Samsung refrigerators. I will never buy another one again.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I knew that I would be happy with my new refrigerator, but I had no idea just how happy. This is not my first new refrigerator, I am 77 years old, but this is without a doubt the finest one I have ever owned. I am so very happy with model. It is a pleasure to use it everyday.

I bought this refrigerator due to its value & features and good consumer report rating. It's everything I hoped it would be. The pantry is great for keeping cold cuts, hard cheese & thawing meats, etc. I love the easy access of the separate door for often used items and puts them available easily without opening the entire refrigerator. The freezer was is very large and items can be easily found.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Do a search and you will find this is a common problem that countless tech visits will NOT fix.

Lots of features, runs quiet, very good interior lighting, easy access to the baskets without having to open the whole refrigerator! So much room to store all your goods, It definitely keeps things cold. Only complaint is that the ice maker its a bit too loud, sometimes it wakes me at night.

Thanks for the great feedback, Ramjeo! Regarding the ice maker, many people find that once the bucket fills with a layer of ice, this helps to muffle the sound of ice as it drops. If you continue to find that the sound of the ice harvesting disturbs your sleep, then perhaps turning the ice maker off during the night would help.

Spacious, Functional, Beautiful

We love this refrigerator. You might think they all look the same. But, the difference that sets this apart from the herd is the thoughtful engineering. The bins in the right door slide out. Add to that the pass-through door and you have the ultimate in convenience. The bottoms of the doors are engineered such that you can pull out the deli tray once the doors are half open, all the way to the front. Other manufacturers miss this, requiring you to open the doors completely left and right to get to the deli drawer. On this unit, the controls are intuitive and it is silent. The lighting is everywhere yet not harsh or intrusive. Everything inside just glows. It is also easy to adjust including leveling and aligning the doors. Furthermore, parts are available, easy to replace, and inexpensive. My approach to buying appliances is drastically more thorough than most. This is simply one of the best you can by by any measure. The only con is they demand a premium price for this excellent product.
