Runs very quiet and great filtered water

This fridge is very quiet. Makes lots of ice and the water filter is very good. We thought we might need a separate reverse osmosis system for the house but this water filter is so good we can drink the water, which we didn't with our last fridge.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
I would recommend this to a friend!

The panel on the front door with the ice cube displays, temperature, etc...keeps beeping and lights randomly switching on and off. We had tried everything. It comes and goes sometimes even going off during the middle of the night.
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi BuckJill!
Thank you for reaching out to us. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience if your purchase with Samsung Refrigerator does not meet your expectations. The experience is not what we expect from our customers. Your feedback helps to understand where we can take steps to improve our product and service.
The control panel will beep if the refrigerator door is open for more than three minutes; closing the door will stop the beeping. A temperature rise may cause the digital display to blink. Once the Freezer and Fridge temperatures return to their normal set temperatures, the blinking will stop. If the blinking continues, you may need to "reset" the Refrigerator. Try unplugging the appliance, wait for around 10 minutes, and then plug the power cord back in. Refer to the user manual about using the control panel on pages 18-20 and controlling the temperature on pages 23-24: https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201904/20190418154924614/DA68-02953A-13-190308.pdf.

Owned about 3 weeks. Absolutely love it. I have space for large items(cakes/foil buffet pans) that did not fit my side/side. Room to spare. No complaints. Love the led lighting and crisper tray size. The deli tray is wonderful also. Ice cubes could be a little larger, but that is minor.
Pros: Bright display
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Features; awful Ice Maker

We really love all the features on the Samsung. The arrangement of vegies, fruits and meat is excellent. That said, we have had nothing but issues with the ice maker. First, it leaked, thought we had to have a $200 house call and buy a new ice maker. It had a blockage of ice in the back and didn't seat properly. Then, the other night there was no ice. It seemed the top of the unit was frozen shut and iced up. No water could flow into the ice maker. One issue after another with the icemaker. It must be poorly designed as we are used to having an icemaker just work, not have to be taken out and individually defrosted or have the feed to the unit chipped clean of ice.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Twin Cooling Freezing

i’ve had my refrigerator for 5 years and it started making an extreamly loud sound, it was periodic, and it stopped when i opened the doors. then a month later ice appeared in the back of the fridge inside the holes of the back wall. turns out its so common, the sound and the issue is listed on the samsung website. there are also many youtube videos on the issue. samsung should have done a recall on the refridgerater to fix this defect! the warrwnty is expired, but why should i pay for it to be serviced when samsung knows this is an issue with their refrigerators. how do i know they didnt set this up so people whould have to pay for service, labor, and parts. so my options are to defrost the fan and cooling panel every few months are buy another refridgerater.
