Good Refrigerator

This refrigerator is good. I like the flexibility to arrange shelves and the storage on the door. The Ice and water dispenser work well. Plenty of freezer space and easy to access all my stuff. The only drawback is that you have to turn off the water to the refrigerator when replacing the water filter. As this is behind the refrigerator, I can't access it. I have to turn off the water supply to my whole house just to change the filter. This is a big design flaw. Other than that, I love everything about this refrigerator.
Pros: Durable
Cons: difficult to change water filter

My wife and I went on line and to the retailers that carry the popular brands of refrigerators and compared them all. The Samsung model we bought had every feature that we thought was really useful and some useful features we hadn't thought of, and the price was very competitive. When we took delivery we were amazed at how quickly it was installed and how quietly it ran. The usuer's manual was easily followed and in no time at all, we had set up all the features to our likeing. After a month passed, we really like how the shelves and drawers are arranged. It is so easy to retrieve the item you want without having to root around. We couldn't be more satisfied with our new Samsung refrigerator and would urge anyone looking to buy a new refrigerator to make sure they check out the Samsung models.
Pros: quiet, loaded with useful features, convenient layout of shelves and drawers

WOW - Best Fridge Ever!!!!

I love my new Samsung French Door refrigerator as much as I loved my first frost-free fridge. It has so much more usable storage space than a side by side. I thought the door within a door was a very silly feature. My face is very red - I love this feature! My family is always getting drinks out of the fridge - now we open the small door and not the whole door. Having the temps on the door make control of the environment very accurate and easy. Water and ice dispenser is tall for a tall sport drink tumbler. Would recommend a Samsung to anyone.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, fabulous, exceeds expecatioons, lots of easy to use internal space.

this is a wonderful refrigerator. The features I especially like are the wide fresh crisper, and the ability to be able to see all items in refrigerator much more easily. There is an alarm that will sound if you leave the refrigerator open more than 2 minutes. Wasn't sure I would like the stainless steel model but it cleans up beautifully with olive oil and paper towels.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, led lighting inside the frig

Roomy and Bright

Great refrigerator. It is roomy and very bright inside. Has been performing well so far. The only problem is with the taste of the water and ice (plastic taste still after over a month). Hopefully service can resolve this. There are a couple of design items which are inconvenient. The drawer of the freezer does not slide forward all the way and it is hard to reach the items in the back. This is very inconvenient. Also because of that drawer large pizza boxes are unable to stand up in the bottom area. The CoolSelect Pantry will hold large trays, but because of that both doors must be opened to access that drawer (pro and con). I miss a butter compartment in the door also. Overall very happy with the refrigerator and would recommend.

Cons: freezer drawer design.

Refrigerator is been in use now for 2 months and we have found it to have good features and performance. Have had no issues with ice making or leakage. Seems to hold temperature appropriately. We have been happy with this product and would recommend it. Will follow up over time if any warranty issues develop.
