Love the Refrigerator had an issue with the ice maker seal but was fixed within days from Samsung support.
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Durable

Great fridge for a large family

I bought this fridge because our old one just could not handle the volume of food we went though and the cakes my wife and daughter made to sell. We needed an upgrade and this product fits the bill nicely.
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Durable
Cons: a bit dull in the looks department not a big deal

Just received today. It seems to be much roomier than my previous fridge which was the
same size. Really like the deli drawer across the whole fridge as it makes it easier to
find the cold cuts as they are not piled high.

we have been using french door refrigerators for some times. as we came a cross with this stainless steel french door fridge we fell in love at the first place. worth mentioning that the new showcase feature on the door is just an marvelous idea and greatly executed.
overall, we would recommend this refrigerator to our families and friends.

Quiet and Bright

So far I really like my refrigerator. I cannot give it an excellent because it does have some space issues to be a 28. There is also not a butter compartment so I am having to readjust my thinking. Also, the door that has the built in ice maker has a very small storage bin that will not hold anything but something small and narrow. That being said, it is a very quiet fridge and appears to be well insulated. It is also very bright..no hunting for an item it should be very easy to see. I also love the light in the bins. It also has the temps on the door so you always know the temperature. Important for me that has had two other fridges to die in the last 12 years(not a Samsung brand though). The freezer is big and roomy and is also well lit. I think once I get over the small issues listed above, I will really enjoy it. Consumer report did give it a good rating by the way which was also important to me.

With a family of five, having the showcase door is helpful, and in the longterm I think will save energy. Compared to the other company's version of this fridge, this fridge is so much more reasonably priced.
