DO NOT BUY!!

I would give this refrigerator zero stars! So we have own this fridge 3 years a year after buy once a month we have to defrost the fridge. Now we r defrosting about every 2 weeks. On a plus the fridge makes a loud noise when it’s ready to be defrosted... There is no way to fix the problem. We have looked into it. WILL NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG FRIDGE AGAIN!!

Horrible refrigerator

I’ve had this refrigerator for about 2 years, and the ice maker freezes up and stops working constantly. At first it was every 6 months, then every 3 months, now it’s every 6 weeks. Every time it freezes up, I have to defrost the fridge, and reset the ice maker, an enormous inconvenience. Now it is out of warranty and I have to pay for service to get it looked at. I bought all Samsung appliances when I remodeled my kitchen 2 years ago, I will NEVER buy Samsung appliances again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

fan unit keeps icing up, techs replace temp. sensor. keeps happening. now has stopped working. waste of money, need to purchase another frig, won't be samsung. ice maker plastic, large cracks in it.

Beware ice maker issues

Less than two years in the ice maker does not work. Warranty expired and now although I have it covered elsewhere the tech says this is a manufacture issue and he cannot fix it.

For the ice maker to operate properly, a water pressure of 20 ~ 125 psi (138 ~ 862 kPa) is required.

This is a great refrigerator

This refrigerator has great features. First it is very bright inside thanks to the LED lighting in both the upper refrigerator and in the lower freezer section. Second the door within a door makes it very easy to access items such as milk and butter without having to open both doors. Finally, the temperature is well distributed throughout the main compartment.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
