I love it. Love tracking my vitals, being able to track my physical activity and getting all my notifications plus a lot more.I do have trouble measuring my stress level using the sensor, that needs fixing, but I still love it. It looks good as a watch also. And checking the weather, keeping track of what I eat and my sleep pattern. It's awesome. I do wish it could do blood pressure, maybe on the new one to come. Thank you, Samsung.

I'm addicted. I love my Gear Fit!!

I have had my Gear Fit for just over a year. I wear it all day, every day, even at night. I can change out bands for different colors (and cleanliness) and I recommend at least once a week cleaning the sensors real good.
I just had an issue with my Gear Fit where it started a cycle of "rebooting" and could not complete the reboot. This went on for almost a week. I let it drain power down to nil then hooked it up to my computer to help it reboot; it did and now I am back in business.
What I realized was how much I relied on my Gear Fit, how it had become a part of my arm that I missed dearly when it wasn't there. It was a part of my daily life, my daily routine. It was my first line of notification when I wasn't near my phone. I have multiple alarms set for work and without my Gear Fit for that week I missed numerous alarm notifications.
I only have a couple of wishes that could improve my Gear Fit experience; a little larger screen (I use the vertical format) to ease reading notifications, the ability to change the font color for easier reading if I wanted to change wallpaper colors, and that the "sleep" mode would read REM.
I have had Samsung products for a few years now and I am VERY pleased with their performance, reliability and looks. Keep up the great work Samsung!

Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, capability of multiple alarms, good sound for alarms, snug fit, find device capability plus find gear fit capable, good pedometer, easy change bands in various colors
Cons: screen could be bigger, cannot change font color, sleep mode does not read rem, can't retrieve voicemail, band releases too easily

I've had my gear fit for three days now and I haven't taken it off.
I am so impressed with the beautiful display and its responsiveness! The features are almost perfect! In the gear Manager you have a tremendous amount of options in exercise. I'd really like the option to choose the exercises I use and upload those to the device . It's a little limited in that area. Other than that, I cannot find one thing that I don't love about this device! It would be great if Gear Manager offered sharing and challenging friends.
Overall, I'm thrilled and not only would I recommend this , I already have to all my fitness friends! Too bad we can't keep up with each other's progress for motivational purposes!

I wanted a wearable that counted steps, had a heart monitor, and give me alerts of messages. This accomplishes all of that and ties into my Samsung S5 phone without a hitch!

The apps or this device are great! I can originate phone calls rom my fit and complete through my Note 5. All my text messages show up as well as emails and facebook notifications. I find myself relying on my fit to monitor all of the action on my phone. I can turn off my phone alarm or select the snooze option without ever picking up my phone. I have always been a lover of Samsung products and this one was not a disappointment!
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, versatile
Cons: none whatsoever
